This morning I went to test-drive an SUV at Toyota of boerne, the vehicle I wanted to test drive was a new model and hence it got sold as soon as it came in yesterday. I had an appointment with “Edward ayala III” this morning and reached there around 9 to 9:30, he checked his inventory and he told me that it got sold. I was not surprised and then he explained about how to get one soon based on my preference of trim level. Until that point everything was fine. He showed an estimate sheet of one of the trim that is coming in a week. That is when I noticed the dealer installed package and it showed some $6000+, as I did my research before hand I asked why is it so high/jagged up compared to other dealers. His tone changed and he said that is the price and it is not negotiable and they sell 800 vehicles a week or month and it is what it is. Selling 800 vehicle does not mean that you can be arrogant with your response to a customer. Wow, that is when realised what a great job Tesla is doing. They don't have any hidden prices and you customize and get what you want. No middle man or sales executives. All these auto maker build some awesome vehicle and these middle man screw things up. #toyota pls learn from #tesla and #toyotaofboerne pls teach your sales man how to be respectful. #VICVAUGHAN be curtious to your customers.

Need a little guidance on best way to sell 2015 Yukon Denali. If this isn’t the correct or best place to ask for direction, I’d appreciate suggestions. I have a 2015 Yukon Denali in Iridium (they say that’s a color) that has all the bells and whistles that were available when I purchased it new. It has about 95,000 miles on it but I have always taken excellent care of it and adhered to the maintenance schedule with all the work being done at Cavender GMC. I really want to get rid of it and find something smaller and more maneuverable. It’s also a vestige of a recent divorce and I want to start fresh with new memories. And, full disclosure and this makes me feel like an idiot, but after putting in 3 solid offers on other homes and the beginning of the school year rapidly approaching, I was in such a panic to purchase the new house my 13 year old son and are now in that I didn’t realize that my car barely fits in the garage. Backing out of this tiny a$$ garage that is on a curved and pretty steep incline has me looking like Austin Powers trying to get the cart turned around. If I had my way, I could just use it as a trade in toward a Volkswagen Atlas. Could I get y’all’s feedback on the Atlas? I really liked it when I drove one for a week when I needed a rental car. I need something reliable, with great safety ratings, gas mileage better than what I currently have (which won’t be hard to do), and a good sound system. I apologize for asking so many questions, but I’m doing all this on my own and hoped to get some advice. Thank you so much for your time and sharing you knowledge!!!
