With any fall fair comes a plethora of attractions and the Topsfield Fair is no different with a host of performances, concerts and spectacles for fairgoers to see over the course of its 11-day run.

Use the list below to know when various acts of different talents — from music, to daredevil stunts, to rodeo — will perform at the fairgrounds from Friday, Sept. 29 to Monday, Oct. 9:

Flatout Freestyle Moto-Stunt Show with Jason Rowe

Described as a “high-energy adrenaline rushing experience,” this show features action sports, freestyle motocross (FMX) stunts and “top professional athletes,” according to the Topsfield Fair.

  • Times: Friday, Sept. 29 from 6-7 p.m.; Saturday, Sept. 30 from 12-1 p.m.; Saturday, Sept. 30 from 3-4 p.m.; Saturday, Sept. 30 from 6-7 p.m.; Sunday, Oct. 1 from 12-1 p.m.; Sunday, Oct. 1 from 3-4 p.m.; Sunday, Oct. 1 from 6-7 p.m.

New England Rodeo

This “family-friendly” event from New England Rodeo in Lancaster brings a “thrilling” show to the fairground’s Arena, featuring barrel racing, bull riding and more, according to the Topsfield Fair.

Cornell Gunter’s Coasters, The Drifers & The Platters “Many Voices, One Name”

This performance brings together three of the “world’s most influential groups” in the realm of creating rock & roll-doo-wop music on the Grandstand Stage, the Topsfield Fair said. Some of the groups’ top songs include “Yakety Yak,” “Only You,” and “Under the Boardwalk,” among others. The concert is free with the price of admission to the fair.

Budweiser Clydesdale Hitch Demonstration

An eight-horse Budweiser Clydesdale hitch will enter the fairground’s Arena for a demonstration following a parade around the fairground and a beer delivery to its beer garden, according to the Topsfield Fair.

Starship featuring Mickey Thomas, with special guest Foghat

The band known for hits like “We Built This City,” “Sara,” and “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now,” will perform on the Grandstand Stage at no added cost for those who enter with the price of admission. Starship featuring Mickey Thomas will be joined by Foghat, known for the classic hit “Slow Ride,” the Topsfield Fair said.

Clay Walker

Clay Walker will give a free performance to those with admission to the fair on the Grandstand Stage. He has charted more than 30 country music singles including songs such as “What’s It to You,” “Live Until I Die,” “Dreaming with My Eyes Open,” “If I Could Make a Living,” “This Woman and This Man,” and “Rumor Has It,” according to the Topsfield Fair.

The Flying Wallendas

Performing at the fair’s Grandstand, this act returning to the Topsfield Fair shows off daredevil stunts and hire-wire tricks, the Topsfield Fair said.

Double Figure “8″ Race

This race features vehicles traveling at speeds between 5 and 15 mph as they try to edge each other out to win the top spot, according to the Topsfield Fair.

Demolition Derby

This event following the “Double Figure ‘8′ Race” consists of smashing and bashing of cars, according to the Topsfield Fair, which recommended attendees come early due to the possibility of standing room only.

  • Time: Monday, Oct. 9 from 7-8 p.m.

Entry to the fair this fall costs $20 per day, with discount admission ticket options and multi-day passes available on the Topsfield Fair’s website which are good for any day of its 11-day run. Children under 8 years old can enter the fairgrounds for free with an accompanying ticket-holding adult.
