I don't know who's in charge of @Xfinity now ,but they're awful. I was a loyal customer who they started to gouge! I voted with my feet and left! Now comes the final insult! A bill for more than $400 for 2 months! I owe them 15 days prorated.That's it! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

So, we have been without internet since Friday morning. Techs have flaked THREE TIMES since then. And we were just told that the earliest anyone could come out is WEDNESDAY. So, bye bye @Xfinity and hello @verizonfios. @Comcast has the most infuriating customer service on earth.

I get it. There are much bigger problems in the world. But being repeatedly LIED TO and then waiting around all day for three days on techs who didn’t show made it hard to do my job and I may have lost business because of it. Screw you @Xfinity

I left @comcastcares because they kept raising the price and the internet was so iffy it was terrible. I returned their stuff on may 30. They let things run for another 15 days after that&Charged me for 2 more months. Well over$400 dollars. I owe them for 15 days prorated. $100

@0BurkeBlack0 I highly suggest renting your modem from Comcast then putting a firewall behind it to support you Wan fail over. Comcast loves to point fingures when you have issues and if you rent the modem it's always there fault and can not pin it on your equipment.

@EthanJSkolnick @JuliusCesar25 @Xfinity The worst part is that the most local sports teams are on Sinclair-owned regionals channels(Fox Sports and Sun Sports) which aren't part of pretty any of the streaming services except AT&T TV, which is arguably the worst one.
