In this role, you will become an AI Content Editor, assessing the quality of AI-generated writing, reviewing the work of fellow writers, and crafting original responses to prompts in order to teach the model what truly excellent writing looks like.While we will be selective in terms of writing ability, we are actively recruiting for this role and encourage you to apply if you feel you would be a good fit. What You’ll Be Doing
Rating the quality of AI-generated writing on rubrics such as factuality, completeness, brevity, and grammatical correctness
Reviewing the work of fellow human writers
Responding to prompts with top-tier original writing
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or completed an Associates’ degree or higher from an accredited institution
A strong sense of writing style paired with exceptional English-language spelling and grammar
A critical eye and the ability to clearly explain the strengths and weaknesses of a given piece of text
This opportunity is currently open to people who live in the following countries: United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, and Ireland
CompensationUp to $15 - $18 USD per hour depending on project and pending resume review and skills assessment. Hourly pay is determined by multiple factors, including the expertise, experience, and skills needed for the project. Pay rates vary during the project lifecycle. Rates for completing initial project onboarding may be lower.
