This was my first time here and my service was great. My aunt had told me about this place so I had to come and check it out. The lady who did my nails (Sydney) was very sweet and did a cute job on my nails. I showed her a picture Inspo of what I wanted and it’s the exact same but I did have her add the rhinestones on to make it pop more. But overall for my first time it was a great experience. I will definitely come back to Sydney!!

The young lady that did my nails today did a excellent job I showed her a picture of what I wanted & I think she did it better then the picture I had showed to her. My mother & aunt & I have been coming here for bout 3yrs & we have always received the best of service. I would highly recommend this place to everyone that I know. They always take such great care of everyone who walks in the doors.

63 for a simple French tip. The sides of the nails she painted are already striping looks like I had them on for 2 weeks. Prices say 35+ so I’m not sure what the additional cost was because I have no diamonds or no crazy design it’s a simple French manicure she was extremely aggressive and I never complain about the cost for manicure but that’s ridiculous to be charged $63 for a simple design she tried to get me to give her a extra $10 for I don’t know what over all really strange experience I had. Just be very cautious coming here

They did not offer me and my daughter anything to drink while we wait. My daughter wanted 2 gel colors for her nails but the lady refused to let us chose 2 colors. I told her again that we will like 2 colors, she continued to say one color only, but the other nail tech told her to let us get two colors. If I am paying for it, I really don’t know why she will have a fuss in the first place? I was ready to leave and go somewhere else.

There are 3 people who are amazing that we always go to, so I’m not sure how the other manicurists are. The inside is pretty basic looking and even when we have an appointment we have had to wait 20 min-1 hr to be seen. This is the main reason for the 4 stars. I have loved my nails every time I’ve been here. My mom has been coming here for years and I was so happy to finally try it out. There are 3 people who are amazing that we always go to, so I’m not sure how the other manicurists are. The inside is pretty basic looking and even when we have an appointment we have had to wait 20 min-1 hr to be seen. This is the main reason for the 4 stars. Critical:Professionalism,QualityThe lady that did my toes was not gentle and she made it bleed also sprayed it with alcohol which has never happened. She cut one toe nail too low she glued it back. I haven’t been here in a while and for good reasons. They always end up filing my nail down to the point my nails are so brittle. All I asked for was to have my acrylic nails removed and to keep my natural length under, and what I had left were crevices of where the drill was at, and almost thin like paper nails. I had to go to Walmart after to get some nail supplies to make sure my nails don’t rip…off the nail bed. I communicated to one lady about how I wanted my nails, and a different nail tech came with a nail tip and was about to pop them off when I specifically said soak off. The nail tech was a nice lady but she didn’t seem to understand what I was asking for. Terrible communication skills, with the language barrier. I’m giving a two star because the salon as a whole isn’t bad, but I felt like a quick buck to them. I refused every service other than to take off my acrylic nails, and they asked more than 10 times if I wanted any color or a new set on my nails…
